Laura Ingraham criticized the government's 'vicious weaponization against people'

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Laura Ingraham recently criticized the left for their ongoing attacks on former President Donald Trump, highlighting on ‘The Ingraham Angle’ that the special prosecutor involved in his case appears to feel "invincible".

Ingraham shredded the ongoing investigations into Trump and called out the government’s “vicious weaponization against people”.

She took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her monoglue with 4.6 million followers.

However, the Internet did not look impressed by Ingraham backing Trump. Several X users blasted the Fox News anchor and called her “toxic".

Laura Ingraham slams left

Fox News host Laura Ingraham took to X and wrote, “Laura: The vicious weaponization of government against the people must be exposed.”

Ingraham’s tweet featured a video from her 'Ingraham Angle' show where she bashed the left for attacking Donald Trump.

She said, “Once the decision was made to go after Donald Trump using the full force of the federal government, special prosecutor Jack Smith felt invincible. Well, the AG had his full confidence in his abilities, and the press showered him with endless adulation.”

Ingraham continued, “None of us should be passively watching this political persecution of Trump and think that it's all just a one-off, it's just about Trump. It's not.”

“Democrats have pretty much just given up at this point on trying to convince voters that their policies are working, whether it's on the economy, the border and Ukraine. None of it's working. We all know that.”

She further added, “All they have now is fear and shame. That's all they're selling the voters. So, they're telling you that a vote for Trump is just a vote for Hitler, that Trump's re-election will mean the end of democracy.”

“This is their campaign strategy. All the while, though, they are the ones who are destroying our faith in fundamental institutions. They are the ones presiding over chaos at home and abroad.”

She also called out Jack Smith saying, “Jack Smith is a disgrace and any judge - in this case, Beryl Howell - who allows him to make a mockery of our legal system is no better.”

“The fact is, there is nothing special about this special counsel, who is a one-man election interference machine operating without any real scrutiny, any real oversight.”

Ingraham concluded exclaiming, “So I'm saying tonight that it's time that the House Judiciary Committee calls him to Capitol Hill to testify. It's time to scrutinize everything Jack Smith is doing, which should lead to cutting off all of his funding.”

Internet calls Laura Ingraham ‘toxic’

After Laura Ingraham called out the left and shredded the investigations into Donald Trump, many X users didn’t respond well and blasted the Fox News anchor.

One person wrote, “Laura lies 🤥 like a cheap rug,” and another added, “Your hateful guile should be exposed.”

An X user simply called out Ingraham, “Still telling lies i see, why didnt you get fired?”

Another shared, "Do you ever have anything positive to say?” and one said, “You are so Toxic....I hope you are made to pay through your pocket for each and every lie!”

“Isn’t anything good about America? I watched your show last night. It was constant ranting about how bad things are in America with plenty of conspiracy theories mixed in.  I’m giving up your show. It would be nice to see you have show promoting about what’s good in America,” said another X user.
