Is Jeffrey Epstein alive? Pro-Trump lawyer Lin Wood makes bizarre claim, Internet says 'you're sounding insane'

President Donald Trump's staunch supporter and prominent lawyer L. Lin Wood has weirdly claimed that Jeffrey Epstein 'is alive'. He posted about his claim on Twitter without providing any evidence to back it up. It all began on Wednesday night when the 68-year-old took to Twitter to suggest that Chief Justice John Roberts was involved in the death of Justice Antonin Scalia, who died in 2016 at the age of 79 due to natural causes, and was part of a child-sex cult.

"A couple of more questions for Chief Justice John Roberts: (1) You are recorded discussing Justice Scalia’s successor before date of his sudden death. How did you know Scalia was going to die? (2) Are you a member of any club or cabal requiring minor children as initiation fee?"

The far-right attorney then brought up deceased sex trafficker Epstein, suggesting that Justice Roberts was mixed up in trafficking children and apparently hinting that he may have had Epstein killed. Epstein killed himself in August 2019 at Metropolitan Correctional Center, New York, while awaiting trial for sex trafficking and conspiracy to traffic minors for sex. “My information from reliable source is that Roberts arranged an illegal adoption of two young children from Wales through Jeffrey Epstein,” Wood tweeted. “I think we can all agree that Epstein knows pedophilia.”
“If only Jeffrey Epstein was still alive . . . Wouldn’t that be something?” he wrote.

The following morning, Wood claimed that Epstein "is alive" and could reveal the "truth" about Roberts, despite the fact that  “I am fully aware of the onslaught of attacks being made against me based on my revelations about Chief Justice John Roberts. Before attacking me, maybe fair-minded people would first ask Roberts to tell the truth. Or ask Jeffrey Epstein. He is alive,” Wood wrote on Twitter.

But people on the social media platform were not happy with his bizarre claims as one said, “Out of respect for the Epstein survivors I’m going to ask you nicely to please watch what you say.” The second one commented, “I can't believe all these people will support this huckster nonsense, and never once demand to see any evidence at all. Trump supporters are the easiest marks on Earth, bar none. They'd buy a shit-sandwich if Trump told them to, and they'd pretend to love it.”

“Epstein is trump's friend. trump is like Epstein in that they both exploited young women. Everyone knows that. Look up trump's beauty pageant and "modeling" agency. I can't figure out if you're in on the con or just one of the radicalized trumpers. You seem genuinely radicalized,” a third user mentioned while the fourth one added, “Come on, Lin. I'm on your side, but now you're just sounding insane. Are you ever planning to provide any evidence?  No one is going to ask Roberts about these crazy claims without some evidentiary predicate. You're a lawyer. You know that.”

Bill Mersey, Inmate and Suicide Watch Counsellor at the time of Epstein’s death, has also refuted baseless claims regarding the disgraced financier. Mersey in the documentary ‘Who Killed Jeffrey Epstein?’ said as reported by LADbible: “There's no way somebody got in there and killed him. Do you know how many people you'd have to pay off to get in there and kill him? There's just no way. To all the conspiracy theorists out there about Jeffrey Epstein's suicide vs murder, this is what I say: you're the same guys who think that the moon landing was fake. Don't be ridiculous. Get over it, he killed himself. There's no question about it in my mind. Case closed for me."

Wood is among many followers of POTUS who have alleged voter fraud after Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election. On December 31, he also tweeted, “Almost year ago, I came to strongly believe God created @realDonaldTrump to be President in 2016 & that he would be re-elected in 2020 to serve second term. Nothing that has occurred since that date has shaken my faith. I still believe. Keep strong in your faith. Trust God.”
