Capener stated that his actions in the house, more specifically with context to his alliances that viewers described clearly appear to be only with the WHITE contestants, have been deeply embedded and "rooted in race." Capener made this confession to his co-stars. Later on, he also spoke to fellow contestant Monte Taylor as well about his strategy to be in the game. These scenes were aired on the Big Brother live feed which is available via Paramount+.

In that live feed, Taylor was seen telling Capener, “It hurt man, a lot, to hear that you…cause I would have accepted anything, bro. If you wanted to work with anyone but me, I would have been fine with that”.

Furthermore, Taylor also added, “But for it to be attached to my race, that's the part that I have to, like, um…I don't care about Twitter, or America, or whatever, it's my little brother. I really got to figure out how to explain to him, like, man this is just a unique situation”.

As soon as fans saw this live feed, they immediately took to Twitter and turned it into a live tweet fest. All of them collectively slammed the contestant for his racism and also said that it is good that he is up for eviction week this time.

“In case you wondered why we think Kyle is a racist bigot, here’s all the proof you should need. #BB24 Credit to @ToomsBB_ for this compilation of KKKyle’s greatest hits of racism, xenophobia and bigotry,” said a fan. “Stop giving grace to racists. Stop giving compassion to racists. Stop giving your labor to racists. They can learn themselves and choose not to. It's not your job to teach them anything. HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE AND SHAME THEM,” shared one fan.

“I'm glad. I hope Kyle learns and grows from his experience in the house. He needs to travel and meet people from different walks of life. Get out of Utah for a bit,” a fan noted. “Kyle had a GREAT Alliance in the Leftovers. He threw it all away for a Showmance combined with his relentless paranoia,” a fan added.
