Kim Kardashian has revealed that she flunked the baby bar, also known as the First-Year Law Students' Exam, since she found it “extremely difficult”, but she also said that she will retake it. “Unfortunately I haven't passed yet, but I'm not giving up and I'm preparing to take it again soon,” the 40-year-old wrote in an Instagram Q&A. During the social media revelation, Kim also disclosed that she likes to watch some lighthearted shows while studying for the bar. “When I'm studying for the bar I can't watch any true crime shows that I love. It's too overwhelming so I like to watch shows Bridgerton and Rom Coms,” she added.

Besides, in a teaser for ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’, which was released Wednesday, May 26, the media personality also made the revelation while talking about the baby bar exam with her sisters -- Kourtney and Khloé. She stated, “Guys I did not pass the baby bar.” Then in the one-on-one interview section, she explained, “If you do law school the way that I'm doing it, it's a four-year program instead of your typical three-year program and after year one, you have to take the baby bar. This one actually harder here than the official bar.”

Kim’s mentor is attorney Jessica Jackson, who was also shown in the teaser talking to her. The lawyer said, “You needed a 560, you got a 474. That's extremely close on a test that most people are not taking in the middle of a pandemic.” To which, Kim replied, “I am a failure.” “You're not a failure Kim,” Jackson stated while the mother-of-four added, “I spent six weeks straight, 10 to 12 hours straight studying and it was so important for me to take this and to not pass gets your spirit down and just makes you want to give up.”

Then the teaser moved back to the Kardashian sisters while showing Kim saying, “I didn't fail by that much.” Kourtney said, “I feel like dad would be really proud of you regardless. The fact that you're pursuing this,” and Khloé mentioned: “I think it's highly respectable what you're doing. The time taken away from your family, your kids, your friends…” Then Kim responded, “That's what pisses me off, the fact that I spent all that time away from my kids. It's like I can't do it again. I don't have time to do the test - it's in November.”

Khloé said, “November is in one month.” “I know, and I'm filming the ending of our show, which will be so emotional. I have every birthday under the sun. It's my birthday, it's my 40th. I planned this whole trip, it's too late to cancel but if I fail again then if I fail again, what was the point,” Kim noted.

When Khloé suggested, “But if you don't take it this time, when's the next opportunity to take it? So why don't you just do that?” Kim responded, “I don't want to wait another year to go back to school and then I feel like I just got to the end, I almost knew everything.” The 36-year-old model said, “So you feel like you're already there, stay in this headspace, push through.” “Stay in this headspace, I can try, or I could just give up,” Kim remarked. Then Khloé stated, “I think if you take that year off, you're going to forget about it,” to that Kim added: “I don't know I really need to think about it.”

In March, Kim said on ‘Good Morning Vogue’ that she’s now halfway through her law degree. At the time, she mentioned, “I’m still in law school, I have two years left. So I have two years under my belt. I actually am not doing an essay and doing this interview instead, so I’m gonna have to get up really early tomorrow to write like a two-hour essay. So that is really steady and a lot of work.”

Meanwhile, people on the internet started trolling the ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star for failing the exam. One user tweeted, “Sorry Kim but the baby Bar is NOT harder than the bar, I passed both, baby Bar was a piece of cake!! Nice try though... better luck next time... JFK Jr had to pass the Bar 4 times... keep trying.” “It's NOT the Bar exam... It's the baby bar exam which she would fail because she didn't raise her own kids... Nannies would pass it very easily…” another user joked. A comment added, “Most ppl don’t have a world of resources at their disposal though. I’m not trying to be terrible but it is saying something that an extremely wealthy woman who’s father was a lawyer & who has access to knowledge we can only dream of, still couldn’t pass the preliminary bar.”
