‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star Kelly Dodd has once again managed to rile up everybody with her extremely insensitive comments about coronavirus on Instagram. In her since-deleted post, she talked about how she was shuttling between California and New York when one of the followers questioned her decision to travel during the pandemic while everybody is supposed to be in isolation.

She replied, saying, “If it’s dangerous why are the airlines still flying? You think I want to fly? I had to get back, how is that elitist?” She then added in another comment her very insensitive take on the current pandemic saying it was “Gid’s way of thinning the herd.” She posted, “Do you know how many people died from the H1N1, the swine flu or SARS?” Dodd continued. “It’s 25%, get your facts straight you only hearing numbers not the reality! It’s God’s way of thinning the herd!”

Fans weren’t thrilled with the housewife’s remarks and called her out over it. A fan tweeted, “DISGUSTING KELLY DODD! Maybe you'll be part of the HERD!!!” Another fan slammed the reality star with, “Kelly Dodd narcissist and not All That she thinks she is. And her latest insult to Covid 19 victims reveals her true rude, crude and shallow values.”

“@RHOC_KellyDodd So, you think an illness killing mostly black and brown people is God’s way of thinning out the herd? Really?! You’re the one engaged to the Fox News guy, right?” commented another fan. “You have got to be one of the most selfish and entitled people on the planet. I hope you’re able keep the same shitty attitude when 'God' thins out someone you love but I highly doubt you have that ability. It always seems to take you much longer to get it, maybe he’ll thin you,” expressed a disgruntled fan.

Several fans demanded that she be fired from ‘RHOC’ for making such statements. A fan shared, “@RHOC_KellyDodd thinning the herd..maybe we should start with you. @Andy take out this Wastebasket.”

“We aren't a "herd". But if there is anything that needs thinning, its #KellyDodd's role on #RHOC @evolutionusa @BravoTV @Andy. She does not belong on @NBCUniversal,” seconded another fan of the show.

“@BravoTV @BravoWWHL @Andy Kelly Dodd needs to be fired for her extremely offensive post about the coronavirus being “God’s way of thinning the herd.” She should not be given a platform for her hatred and stupidity,” pointed out an annoyed fan.
