Rumor has it that John Constantine played by Keanu Reeves in 2005 film 'Constantine' might just make a return on HBO Max. According to this speculation, the new streaming platform, which has a planned 'Justice League Dark' series releasing soon, will also have a series of feature-film solo movies that will give more insight to the characters, before they come together for the 'Justice League Dark' series. The buzzing rumors about a potential  'Constantine' comes right after last week's reports of a 'Zatanna' film that is in the early stages of development with Warner Bros.

This speculation of Keanu Reeves bringing back Constantine and the 'Justice League Dark' series for the mainstream audience has spiked much interest. While there is no confirmation yet, both Reeves and Warners have vaguely expressed interest in bringing back Reeves's Constantine over the years. "I've always wanted to play John Constantine again," Reeves said in an interview last year. "I just love that world, too, and I love that character. I just had a blast playing a character and [playing] in that world."

Fans are waiting with bated breath for an announcement of sorts. "I'm telling you KEANU REEVES CONSTANTINE MOVIE is happening, written in the stars," a fan tweeted.

"I can never get enough of Keanu, and I wanted him to return as Constantine for SO LONG. My favorite DC anti-hero. #JusticeLeagueDark #Constantine #KeanuReeves," another wrote. "What could be better than this  #KeanuReeves #Constantine," another tweeted.

"Constantine Keanu Reeves is hottest Keanu Reeves and that's not an opinion," one over-enthusiastic fan wrote.

However other fans have some opinions about this. Some want him to be Marvel hero, Moon Knight. "Keanu Reeves should not be Ghost Ryder; he should be Moon Knight; he should not be John Constantine or Silver Surfer. Please, for the love of God, stop fan casting him as everyone there are thousands of other actors in the world," a fan wrote.

A fan wrote that they wouldn't mind another 'Constantine' actor. "While this is still a rumor and I kinda like Keanu Reeves' Constantine movie, I hope the studio will decide find a proper actor that's more resembling to Constantine. So far Matt Ryan is the closest one, but he's probably still not big enough to star in JJ Abrams' movie," they tweeted.
