Will Carrie-Anne Moss star in 'John Wick 4'? Keanu Reeves drops hint
Keanu Reeves expressed great enthusiasm for having his Matrix costar Carrie-Anne Moss star alongside him, in the next 'John Wick' film. "That would be awesome", at a joint interview with PEOPLE, gushing after being questioned the same about Moss and her potential involvement in the famous action-thriller franchise.
Right after, he turned to Moss and said that she should play one of the assassins on the hunt for the title character, John Wick. When asked, she replied with excitement, "I'd love it...I'll start practicing". Reeves went on to say, "Be careful what you wish for. I'm on it now".

Moss began the interview by talking about how she has always been inspired by Reeves and admired his performance in 'John Wick', which was brought to light by one of her children.
She added, "I really started to understand Keanu's outrageous gift for telling a story through his body. And I didn't fully understand that until I went deep into John Wick with one of my children". She continued to verbally express how she thought Reeves' performance in particular was breathtaking, especially when he was not reading lines.
She also said, "It was amazing to have that experience with my son and to watch the depth that Keanu is able to create with his body. It's really an art form".
Reeves, who is well known in the entertainment industry for his amicable personality, equally complimented Moss on her acting skills as well. In his words about her, he said, "in all your performances, your eyes, I always see what's behind the eyes, what communicates. And there's always such a present-ness and even invulnerability, a strength".
Reeves is patiently awaiting the release of the fourth film in the thriller franchise, 'John Wick: Chapter 4'. After the release of the third feature in 2019, work and development on the new project were officially confirmed. Aside from Reeves, Ian McShane, Laurence Fishburne, and Lance Reddick will be seen in the movie.
Newcomers to the new chapter will be Bill Skarsgard, Rina Sawayama, and Donnie Yen, among others. Production on the 4th feature began earlier this year and was wrapped up by October. The feature was scheduled to have released this year, but the debut date was put on pause due to several occasions.
'John Wick: Chapter 4' is scheduled to have its worldwide premiere on March 24, 2023.
