Trump favorite Kayleigh McEnany waves 234 pages as evidence of voter fraud on TV, slammed: 'Why isn't it in court?'

This comes after Fox News cut away from her presser on Monday, November 9, after McEnany falsely claimed voter fraud without any evidence

White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany appeared on Fox News again on Tuesday night, November 10 and brought with her a document containing over 200-pages insisting they were proof of fraud in the 2020 presidential election. She said that the pages have 11,000 incidents of election fraud. Holding the dossier in her hand, the 32-year-old said, “We keep hearing the drum beat of where is the evidence but right here 234 pages of sworn affidavits, from real people, real allegations, signed with notaries. In one county, Wayne County, Michigan, in one batch of ballots, 60 percent had the same signatures, 35 had no voter record but were counted anyway, 50 ballots were run multiple times through a machine.”

She continued, “One woman said her son was deceased but still voted. This is one county where our poll watchers were threatened with racial harassment, pushed out of the way, and Democratic challengers were handing out documents saying how to distract GOP challengers. The president wants justice for the 72 million plus forgotten men and women of this country."

This comes after Fox News cut away from her presser on Monday, November 9, after McEnany falsely claimed voter fraud without any evidence. After she said the GOPs want “every legal vote to be counted, and every illegal vote to be discarded”, the network stopped broadcasting the briefing, while host Neil Cavuto from the studio said, “Whoa, whoa, whoa – I just think we have to be very clear. She’s charging the other side as welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting. Unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continue to show you this.”

“I want to make sure that maybe they do have something to back that up, but that’s an explosive charge to make, that the other side is effectively rigging and cheating. If she does bring proof of that, of course we’ll take you back. So far she has started saying, right at the outset – ‘welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting’. Not so fast,” Cavuto added as reported by The Guardian.

Now, when she returned, she claimed to have compiled 500 affidavits from witnesses who alleged 11,000 incidents of fraud. Trump’s campaign said on November 10  that it would file a lawsuit to stop Michigan from certifying its election results. The lawsuit will request that election results in the swing state not be certified until it can be verified that votes were cast lawfully, Trump campaign attorney Matt Morgan said.

After McEnany appeared on TV brandishing the pages again, Twitter could not hold back from voicing its opinion. One user said, “When your “evidence” is “I swear it’s true” you just might be a Trump supporter.” The second one noted, “Meh. Listen, nobody is saying these aren’t real people or real allegations. At this pace, though, these won’t be changing the election results. Enough with allegations; it’s time to investigate. Uncovering and prosecuting substantial fraud would be a success.”

“Why didn't these people come forward with their accusations during the elections when it would have mattered most? They waited until after there was a projected winner. Most are supposed to be poll watchers, that was their job, to say something when they see something.” the third user tweeted, while the fourth one added: “Mmmm I wonder how many sworn affidavits there are from victims of crime and fraud perpetrated by @POTUS over the years. Be good to compare the numbers if that’s your measure of guilt. What do you think @ProjectLincoln?”

One asked: "You have dozens of lawyers and the DOJ behind you - why hasn’t this been submitted to a court of law - instead of a right wing pundit? It’s been a week since the election and you guys haven’t produced one scrap of evidence." Another said: "Ok...here’s my problem with the paper she’s waving around...why are those alleged affidavits on Hannity and not in a courtroom???"
