His LinkedIn bio describing 'Symmetry of Motion' says, “With over a decade of experience and education in the health and fitness industry, Justin was one of the top in his field when it came to education, degrees, and certifications in functional health, fitness, and movement of the body. Unfortunately, no amount of education could explain why so many people are still dealing with pain, movement related issues, and injuries. The fuel behind his desire for education came from his own experiences of back pain, severe disk injuries, and dissatisfaction when he couldn’t figure out why these things were happening to himself and everyone else in the industry.”
Talking about how he has been revolutionizing the lives of people with his newly developed exercise methods, It mentions, “With his new movement and exercise based method, he has helped thousands of people online and through video calls all over the world correct the dysfunctional movement patterns that have been wreaking havoc on their body, allowing them to recover from their own pain, injuries, and structural/ movement issues, connecting with their own “inner athlete” that the human body was designed to be.”
