Julia Wandelt, who claims to be Madeleine McCann, moves woman to tears as she plays piano
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: A Polish woman who believes she is Madeleine McCann has moved a woman to tears when she was seen singing and playing the piano in a video. In a short clip shared Sunday, March 19, on the Instagram account of Julia Wandelt's (also Julia Wendell/Julia Faustyna) private detective, the two are seen in an emotional moment.
The 21-year-old, who posted numerous proofs on Instagram that she is the three-year-old toddler who disappeared in Portugal on May 3, 2007, had to have her Instagram account deleted shortly after amassing one million followers on the app. She is now acting through the social media profile of Dr Fia Johansson, who is the lead spokesperson in her case. Although there is no concrete evidence that Wandelt is indeed the missing three-year-old, a Google search now shows Wandelt's photo instead of McCann's. Meanwhile, Wandelt, who is also known as Julia Faustyna and Julia Wendell, has submitted her DNA samples to learn more about her identity.

'She played for my sister, and she cried'
In a video posted on Dr Johansson's Instagram Stories, Wandelt appears to be playing the piano and singing while a woman standing right next to her wipes away her tears. The woman was wearing a black sweatshirt and is believed to be the private investigator's sister, as she captioned the clip, "She played for my sister and she cried."
Julia Wandelt awaits DNA results
Wandelt and Dr Johansson have flown to the US from Poland and are currently staying at a safe location in the Los Angeles area after receiving death threats. The duo is awaiting DNA results that will determine the true ethnicity of the Polish woman. "We are still waiting on the result of DNA testing that will show us exactly what Julia's ethnic background is and what country she and her true family are from. These kinds of tests are very accurate," Johansson said. "Of course depending on the result of that we will continue our investigation to see if Julia could be Madeleine or another missing person. But now the focus is on Julia as a person - not Madeleine," she added, according to The Sun.
Is Julia Wandelt battling blood cancer?
The psychic medium also claimed that Wandelt believes she may have blood cancer. "Her health is very poor, she has bad asthma and she suffers lots of pain in her bones," Dr. Johansson said. "[Wandelt] is booked in for a CT and MRI scan because of the pain in her bones. Her blood work is also abnormal, so my doctor here in the US is investigating whether she could have leukemia, so we are awaiting the results of that. And if she needs any treatment, we will make sure she gets that," she added.
