Judge grants Clayton Echard harassment order against 'allegedly' pregnant ex-fling amid paternity lawsuit
PHOENIX, ARIZONA: As the Clayton Echard v Jane Doe trial unrolled in Arizona Superior Court, Reality Steve, known to keep people updated about the buzzing stories of reality TV, shared some startling insights from what happened in the courtroom.
In a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), Steve gave a closer look into the trial that Jane Doe attended via Zoom meeting.
One of the crucial outcomes has to be the Injunction Against Harrassment that the 'The Bachelor' star secured against the supposed pregnant ex. It's important to note that the injunction has nothing to do with the ongoing paternity lawsuit.
She says she’s 24 weeks pregnant with Clayton’s twins and there’s yet to be any solid evidence to support that. If I’ve said it once I’ve said it 1000 times…

PREGANCY IS THE EASIEST THING IN THE WORLD TO PROVE.
And she gives us the bare minimum.
During the November 3 hearing, Echard's lawyers dismissed the footage showing the pregnant belly of Jane Doe from September, stating that she had no documentation of when and where the video was taken.
She was also questioned about the exhibits she intends to provide as proof. Exhibit 50 is a screenshot from Reddit that his accuser alleges originated from Echard since he was the only one with the information in the post (which YouTuber Dave Neal demonstrated was false).
Naturally, the judge refused to authorize it.
This hearing on Nov 3rd was for Clayton filing an Injunction Against Harrassment. This wasnt anything to do with paternity or anything along those lines.

He was basically trying to get her to leave him alone. You know, bc she sent over 500 emails and text messages since May.
The accuser continued to claim she was 24 weeks pregnant and told the judge that her due date was February 14, 2024.
As the conversation went back and forth for a while between the judge and the accuser, Jane Doe apparently failed to provide any concrete evidence backing her claims that either she was pregnant with Echard's twins or pregnant at all.
The judge left whether the accuser was pregnant or not at the hands of the family court.
However, she deemed the nature of the conversation that took place between the two parties, where the accuser apparently sent over 500 emails and even proposed to give their one-night stand relationship a chance, did make the cut for "harassment."
She expressed concerns that the accuser was facilitating demands and said that any reasonable person would be alarmed by this series of events while granting Echard the Injunction Against Harrassment.
According to an audio released by Neal, Echard's lawyers argued that due to the ongoing case, he is losing out on work.

'The Bachelor' star Clayton Echard previously revealed paternity test results
In early October, Clayton Echard provided an update on his paternity lawsuit, filed by a podcaster from Arizona who claimed she fell pregnant with twins after participating in "sexual activity" with him.
"Listen, it's Friday, and you know what we need on a Friday? We need some good news, and who's got the good news today? I got the good news," stated Echard in an Instagram video, adding, "What's the good news, Clayton? Well, test results came back early, and they said little to no fetal DNA present."
Echard continued, "Let's go, baby! I knew that was going to happen. Thankfully, five months of torture can finally be put to rest."
In a statement that day, the podcaster told Us Weekly that the lab that performed the paternity test notified her that "there was an issue with my sample and that they need another sample from me, which I am giving first thing on Wednesday."
'The Bachelor' star Clayton Echard denies being involved with the 'allegedly' pregnant ex-fling
The 33-year-old podcaster, whose identity has not been revealed, said in an August complaint acquired by The US Sun and Page Six that she and Clayton Echard "engaged in sexual activity" on a night in May.
During his statement to The US Sun, Echard claimed that the two "did not have sexual intercourse" and that in his response to the woman's case, he demanded "a court-ordered paternity test" paid for by her.
In the Instagram video from October, 'The Bachelor' star also mentioned, "I think two false accusations in a lifetime is enough," alluding to a TikTok user's bogus 2022 charges that he cheated on his now-ex-girlfriend Susie Evans with her.
The supposed TikTok user later apologized, stating that she had realized the man she had met was not a reality celebrity.
