Josh Duggar gets bail despite over 200 child porn pics found in computer, Internet says 'this is disgusting'

Disgraced reality star Josh Duggar is set to be released from custody on bail, even after investigators unearthed over 200 disturbing photos and videos of child pornography on his seized computer. The pornographic photos, which Duggar reportedly accessed from the dark web anonymously, even included kids as young as five.
After more than three hours of grueling testimony by Homeland Security Special Agent Gerald Faulkner, federal judge Christy Comstock released the '19 Kids and Counting' star from jail while pending trial. Duggar, who was being held at Washington County Jail in Arkansas, appeared for the detention court hearing via a Zoom call on May 5, 2021.

Duggar cannot go home to his pregnant wife and kids
Though he was ordered to be released from jail after pleading not guilty, the judge forbade Duggar from being near his six children and wife Anna Duggar, who is currently pregnant with the couple's seventh child.
The 33-year-old accused was turned over to third-party custodians as he was provided with a GPS ankle monitor. It has also been strictly specified that Duggar cannot maintain contact with any minors, but can meet his own kids only in presence of their mother. He also cannot possess any internet devices like a phone or computer.

Meanwhile, Special Agent Faulkner revealed disturbing details about the child pornography in possession of Duggar. According to the Daily Mail, Faulker stated that the perverse and horrific images he came across on Duggar's computer were "in the top five of the worst of the worst that I've ever had to examine."
He added that there were over 65 pornographic images with a young girl child, along with a two-minute video showing a man doing sex acts on girls between five and 10 years of age. Duggar's family had told law enforcement that he is dealing with porn addiction, according to TMZ.

'Where did this judge come from?'
As soon as Josh Duggar's release was announced, people erupted in protest on social media, even raising questions about the credibility of the federal judge.
"WTActualF? Where did this judge come from?" a Twitter user asked, while a second user wrote, "#JoshDuggar's parents didn't take his behavior seriously when he molested his sisters (ages 5-11). His community didn't when he cheated on his wife & raped sex workers. He's been groomed to be an arrogant narcissist & never been held accountable or experienced consequences."
"the fact that they're letting josh duggar out on bond til the pretrial absolutely makes me wanna cry, and i hope he burns in hell a thousand times over," another user tweeted.
"What the hell?!!! This is disgusting!" a shocked user chimed in.
