Johnny Depp urinated in the house, wrote messages in blood and paint while high on ecstasy, Amber Heard claims
In an instance that Amber Heard detailed in her counter lawsuit to dismiss former husband Johnny Depp's $50 million defamation case against her, the 'Aquaman' actress claimed that the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star allegedly urinated on the walls and left her messages written in his blood after staying awake for three nights in a drug-induced state.
On March 3, 2015 — a month after they were married in a private civil ceremony at their home in Los Angeles — she had gone to surprise her then-husband, who was filming a movie in Australia. In the declaration that she filed in the circuit court of Fairfax County, Virginia, Heard stated that although Depp was supposed to be clean at the time, she discovered that he had been using MDMA (ecstasy).
She claimed that when she struck up an argument about him using drugs, he "pushed me, slapped me, and shoved me to the ground before I retreated to a locked bedroom." Being jet-lagged, she stated that she went to sleep.
The next day she found that Depp had allegedly downed eight pills of MDMA and stayed awake the entire night. When she threatened to smash his bottle of alcohol, he got violent, she alleged and began throwing pans and bottles at her. He also reportedly shoved her into a ping pong table at one point, which collapsed underneath her.
He then proceeded to rip off her nightgown and choking her against the refrigerator, the court papers claimed. Although Depp had stated in his declaration that he severely injured his finger when Heard had thrown a vodka bottle at him, the latter stated in her suit that the actor cut off the tip of his finger when he slammed a "hard plastic phone against the wall."
Somehow, she claimed she managed to escape his violent streak by barricaded herself inside a bedroom.
"On the third day of Johnny staying awake without sleeping, I came downstairs to find numerous messages Johnny had written to me around the house, on the walls and on my clothes, written in a combination of oil paint and the blood from his broken and severed finger. Johnny also urinated all over the house in an attempt to write messages," the declaration stated.
She also submitted some of the photos of the messages that Depp has allegedly written in that instance to the court.
