Johnny Depp claimed Amber Heard sucked Elon Musk's 'crooked d**k', wanted her removed from 'Aquaman': Report

Before a London judge postponed Johnny Depp's libel trial against The Sun, the newspaper which is accused of unfairly branding him a wife-beater, the court heard an array of new messages allegedly sent by the 'Pirates of the Caribbean' actor about his ex-wife, Amber Heard.

Adam Wolanski QC, representing News Group Newspapers, The Sun's owners, read out loud a series of texts sent by Depp, 56, to Lady Gaga's ex-fiance Christian Carino, who was also his talent agent. The texts claimed that Heard was "begging for global humiliation."

"She's begging for global humiliation, she's gonna get it. I'm gonna need your texts about San Francisco. Brother, I'm sorry to even ask but she sucked mollusc's [Elon Musk's] crooked d*** and he gave her some sh**y lawyers. I have no mercy left of what I thought was love for this gold-digging, low level, dime-a-dozen mushy, pointless, flappy fish market," a number of texts said, Daily Mail reported.

They alluded to the brief affair that Heard reportedly had with the Tesla founder back in 2016 when she was still married to Depp.

"I'm happy to fight her to the end. She will hit the wall hard. I met a f**ing sublime little Russian here. That time I blew on a 50 cent stripper I would not touch her with a goddamn glove. I can only hope karma kicks in and takes the gift of breath from her. Sorry man but I will stop at nothing," he added.

The Sun's lawyer also read out a text sent by Depp to his sister Christi Dembrowski in June 2016. "I want her replaced on that WB (Warner Brothers) film," he said, referring to the 'Aquaman' movie which eventually became the most successful movie of Heard's career.

The actor has maintained that it was Heard who was the "aggressor" in the relationship and that he was the victim of domestic abuse. On the two-week trial which was due to begin in London next week, being adjourned, Depp's lawyer Adam Waldman released the following statement:

"Mr Depp has pursued and awaited justice for nearly four years. The Judge hearing Mr Depp's defamation case against The Sun raised safety concerns. Although the case is extremely important to Mr Depp, he is also uneasy about putting anyone else in harm's way. These are perilous times, and he accepts waiting until the borders and the courts can safely operate."

Wolanski, on the other hand, said that they were disappointed as Heard was "prepared to move Heaven and Earth to make this trial happen and come and give evidence."

"She is in California, but despite all the travel problems and the risks to her health of traveling, she has found a flight leaving Los Angeles today. It is essential to Miss Heard that the ordeal that Mr Depp has subjected her to for many years is brought to an end," he said.

Jenny Afia, who represented Depp in court instead of his usual attorney, said about the delay in trial: "As much as Depp wants to be here in person on Monday, he will physically not be able to attend - the position in France with regard to the serious lockdown means that this is now doubtful. He recognizes that importance is not more important than the very real and immediate situation we are facing. And by we I don't just mean the legal team I mean court staff, members of the press and so on. Mr Depp doesn't regard the case, as important as it is to him, to be more important than everybody else's health and welfare. In any event, we do not believe that Ms Heard's desire for a trial cannot possibly outweigh the importance of justice being done. It's not just about whether or not Mr Depp can get here."

Wolanski questioned how hard it could be for Depp to make his way from France to the United Kingdom since he owned a private jet: "[It is] not because of the coronavirus but because he cannot face the lies about his relationship being exposed because he's a coward and because he knows he's going to lose."
