John Stamos says he noticed something ODD during last night out with Bob Saget
John Stamos, who starred with Bob Saget in ABC sitcom 'Full House', said revealed that he last met Bob Saget a month prior to the comedian's untimely demise. Stamos said that he noticed something 'odd' in Saget's behavior but believes that he is finally at peace. Saget was found dead in a hotel room in Florida on January 9. The cause of death, however, remains unknown.
In a recent interview with The New York Times, Stamos said that Bob Saget would often talk about death in his conversations. “Bob was always worried about everyone else, but he talked about death a lot. His wife, Kelly Rizzo, said she had a premonition. I didn’t see it. The last time we were all together, we went on a double date to Nobu, maybe a month before he passed away," Stamos told the Times.

Stamos also mentioned that his fellow 'Full House' cast member did not look like he was going to die, but he was very calm which was not much of a Saget characteristic. "He didn’t look like a guy who was going to die, but he was very calm, which was odd for Bob. He was at peace somehow,” Stamos explained. “And he listened and he was thoughtful and didn’t interrupt; he cared about what we were saying. I hate to say it, but it was the Bob that I always wanted to see. And it was the last time I saw him.”
Saget was 65 at the time of death and was found dead in his hotel room in Florida. Saget was on a nationwide tour at the time of his death and had gotten back to the hotel after performing in a stand-up show in Jacksonville shortly before he was found dead. Saget tweeted hours before he died, writing that he was “happily addicted again” to his job.
Stamos, who had been long-time friends with Saget, said that the news of Saget's death had left him 'gutted'. “I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby," Stamos had tweeted shortly after the star's death was announced.
