John Cusack calls Trump 'a test run for true evil', slams him as 'anti christ for dummies' in Twitter rant

Actor John Cusack, a longtime critic of President Donald Trump, spoke up once aganst against the sitting POTUS on Wednesday, August 12, demeaning him as the “the anti Christ for dummies.”
“Trump is basically a test run for true evil: the anti christ for dummies,” John Cusack said in a tweet. “The gods saying We’re going to give you a version so obvious with such Unimaginable Stupididty & abject cretinism & sloth – to show how decadent & empty yr culture & institutions have become – change.”

Unimaginable Stupididty & abject cretinism & sloth - to show how decadent & empty yr culture & institutions have become - change
Last month Cusack lashed out at Trump in a typo-laced rant declaring that he is “playing for an exit strategy" after the military has apparently "abandoned his fascism" and thereby left him with support from only racists across the country. “Trump is playing for an exit strategy – that keeps him from jail- military [sic] has abandoned his fascism – all he’s got left is rascists [sic]- He wants something to leverage – to stay out of jail,” the 'High Fidelity' and '2012' star wrote to his 1.6 million followers on Twitter. The left-wing firebrand also shared a picture of a placard in front of a Trump building that read, "F*** Trump."

The 'Say Anything' actor was very active in the ongoing protests that had risen across various parts of the country at the time. He expressed hope that the protests -- some of which turned violent and resulted in looting, assault, vandalism, as well as death -- continue until “trump flys [sic] away in a f**king helicopter.” "I hope this keeps up till trump flys away in a fucking helicopter- it’s time -people should NOT swallow another moment of fascism. Fight till he’s gone," he tweeted on May 30.

Fight till he’s gone”
The same day, Cusack posted a video of himself being threatened and chased away by the police. The video was very shaky and constantly moving while a man was screaming, "Get out of here. Get the f*** out of here. Let's go," in the background. Cusack paired the video up with the caption revealing it was none other than cops who were chasing him with batons. "Cops didn’t like me filming the burning car so they came at me with batons. Hitting my bike. Ahhm here’s the audio", he wrote. “Would be very surprised if this is a one or two-day event,” Cusack later added. “This may well be the beginning of end of Trump loathsome era [sic]. Thank god, feels like many streams of outrage coming to a head, a wave peaking.”

Cusack also had a few choice words for Trump over his reportedly poor handling of the coronavirus pandemic. He slammed Trump back in March over the latter's reaction during a press conference when NBC News reporter Peter Alexander asked the president some tough questions. When Alexander asked Trump what his message would be to Americans who are frightened by the coronavirus pandemic, the president blasted the reporter in response, saying: "You are a terrible reporter."
Cusack shared a clip of the tense exchange between the two in the White House on Twitter, saying: "Rot in hell - Mr. President," the actor also suggested that Trump's response was "unreal."
