NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: During remarks at the White House on Friday, October 6, President Joe Biden, employing the terminology his administration has adopted to promote his economic plan, praised the September job report, which revealed that the country had gained 336,000 jobs.

This number exceeded economists' predictions and represented the strongest increase since January.

Following this event, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X (formerly Twitter) to update more on Biden’s comments on the remote jobs matter.

However, the internet didn’t respond positively to Hannity’s tweet and took a brutal jab at POTUS saying he’s a “liar.”

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to X and wrote, “Biden Takes Credit for Remote Work: ‘Under Bidenomics, You Won’t Have to Leave Home Now to Get a Good Job’.”

Hannity’s tweet featured a short clip of Biden where he lauded his administration term, “Bidenomics” and tried to sell his economic agenda.

Biden claimed, “This is no accident, it’s Bidenomics,” for the leap to 336,000 new jobs in September marking an uptick from the 227,000 added in August, even in the face of elevated interest rates, as the Federal Reserve takes assertive measures to combat inflation.

In September, wage growth, while still slightly above inflation, exhibited its slowest pace in over two years, with average hourly pay increasing by 4.2 per cent compared to the previous year.

This month also brings several other factors that could impact the economy, such as student borrowers commencing loan repayments for the first time in nearly three years and the emergence of labor strikes.

Additionally, following a narrow avoidance of a government shutdown on Saturday, the potential for another shutdown looms in November.

The president raised the prospect of this scenario on Friday, urging House Republicans not to plunge the country into crisis mode once again.

He stated, "It's time to stop fooling around, House Republicans – it's time for you to do your job."

Biden further remarked, "Quite frankly, I’m sick and tired of Republicans in the House saying they want to cut the deficit when all they really want to do is once again cut taxes for the very wealthy and big corporations."

He also took a swipe at former President Donald Trump's tax cut policies.

Internet slams Joe Biden for taking credit for remote work

Soon after Fox News anchor Sean Hannity took to Twitter to inform his followers of Biden’s taking credit for remote work and encouraging Bidenomics, the internet shared their fury by blasting POTUS online.

One person wrote, “Hell no; credit for Remote Work belongs to COVID-19 #Pandemiconomics,” and another said, “The Dems motto- we take credit for everything!”

A person simply called out Biden saying, “He is a liar, nothing more,” and one slammed him sarcastically adding, “He knows all about not leaving home and getting a good job.”

One person directly mocked him for ruining the country saying, “The only thing he doesn't take credit for is the mess he has made of the country,” and one said, “Biden should resign as president.”
