Man of multiple talents and the mastermind behind Netflix's hit thriller-drama 'Ozark', Jason Bateman appeared on tonight’s episode of 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' and watching him casually chat with the host from his residence was the exact dose of entertainment we needed to beat the quarantine blues.

Bateman, who seems to never age, began the segment by joking about maintaining hygiene during the coronavirus lockdown and quipped that he showered for the first time in four weeks when Kimmel remarked about how smart he looked.

Talking about spending time with his family, he explained how he made his younger daughter Maple believe in the Easter Bunny by constructing a story about a three-foot-tall bunny walking around carrying loads of candies.

In the later segment of the show, Kimmel asks Bateman to participate in a short quiz to test how much the talented actor knows about his own shows and the roles he played in them.

While Bateman went on successfully guess all his shows and characters from only the brief provided by Jimmy, he made a couple of interesting revelations about his sitcom series 'Some of My Best Friends', which aired between February and April 2001.

In the series inspired by the film 'Kiss Me Guido', Bateman plays the role of a mild-mannered gay writer called Warren.

When Kimmel asked Bateman how his experience of playing a homosexual character was, Bateman was quick to respond that when he asked the creators during the audition if he needed to be flamboyant while reading his lines, they said that he was already "gay enough".

After the quiz concluded, Jason went on to joke about the success of 'Ozark' Season 3 and how he kept refreshing the Rotten Tomatoes site to see the rating his series had garnered.

However, when asked if there would a Season 4 to 'Ozark', Bateman simply said, "Let's keep our fingers crossed" for the next installment of the series while referring to the current state of the world's health.

Meanwhile, fans who thoroughly enjoyed watching Bateman on Kimmel's show were not able to stop raving about their favorite celebrity on social media.

One fan reacted to Bateman's appearance on the late night show, "Jason Bateman is so freakin funny!" Another added, "Jason Bateman is undoubtedly the most underrated everything of our era."

'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' home edition airs on ABC on all the weekdays. You can also watch it on Jimmy Kimmel's official YouTube channel.
