Jimmy Kimmel mocks Mykenna's 'Bachelor' speech saying she 'ate and regurgitated an Oprah magazine'
When Mykenna left 'The Bachelor' mansion, she left us all with something - a speech that not only had fans laughing hysterically, but had talk show host Jimmy Kimmel thinking about it too. Kimmel, calling it "The Most Dramatic & Inspiring Goodbye in Bachelor History," said, "I think Mykenna ate and regurgitated an Oprah magazine because she sat down with Tammy and gave her what seemed to be the last remaining piece of her mind."
Mykenna was dumped by lead Peter Weber in the last episode, after an episode full of primetime drama. However, as she left, she let the housemates have a piece of her mind.
"I don’t know what your goal was the other night, maybe to make me feel small and weak, but at the end of the day, you made me found [sic] my d–n voice," she told Tammy on the 2 on 1 date, rarely breathing through it all, “And I am a strong woman, and I will not let people like you tear me down anymore and make me feel like any less of a person and I do not deserve any love. Because at the end of the day, I am proud of who I am, Tammy. Kindness wins. Love wins. Bringing people down never wins. And that’s how I feel about that."
Tammy did not make it through the 2 on 1 but Mykenna was promptly sent home afterward. Roseless and furious, she said, "I know that this girl right here is tough, and she’s strong, and she is powerful, and she’s beautiful, and she knows what she deserves more than anything. Even though I wanted to end up here in love, I feel like I'm more madly in love with who I am than anything."
"So at least she found someone, I mean," said Kimmel laughing, "I have to say that speech sounded familiar to me." Immediately, Guillermo, an actor from the show goes on to replicate the speech and eat an entire cake as he continues to imitate Mykenna. They even have the whole 'Bachelor' set up for his confessional.
