'Jihadi Jack' says he wants to come home from Syrian jail: 'I miss my mom, pasties and Doctor Who'
Shortly after 'ISIS bride' Shamima Begun expressed a desire to come back to the UK after abandoning the country to join the terrorist group in Syria, Oxford-born 23-year-old Jack Letts, known as 'Jihadi Jack', has also revealed that he wants to return home.
Jack, a Muslim convert, who became the first white Briton to join the Islamic State, speaking from the Kurdish prison said that he does not want to stay there anymore and wants to see his mother. The 23-year-old has been held in prison for two years for fighting for the terrorist organization.
During an interview with ITV News, he told them that he missed interacting with people, mainly his mother with who he has not spoken to since his imprisonment, and the comforts of his home back in the UK, including 'Doctor Who' and pastries.
