Hollywood star Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet sent shockwaves across the Internet on January 12 after they announced their amicable split on social media- more than a decade after they started dating each other. From getting linked to his ‘Aquaman’ co-star Amber Heard to close friend Emily Clarke, the Internet blamed the actresses for ruining his marriage.
 
However, Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet ending their marriage took a hilarious turn when the social media users brought ‘SNL’ star Pete Davidson into the picture. The Internet erupted with memes as many joked that Jason now might date Pete after his split. They even linked Bonet to Kim Kardashian’s new beau saying that Pete might now date Jason’s ex.

Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet had announced their split via a joint statement on Instagram that read, “We have all felt the squeeze and changes of these transformational times… A revolution is unfolding ~and our family is of no exception… feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so, we share our Family news That we are parting ways in marriage.” The post shared on the 42-year-old actor’s social media further read, “We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy. But so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty."
 
He added, "The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and lived. We free each other to be who we are learning to become. Our devotion unwavering to this sacred life & our Children." The post was, however, now stands deleted. Jason and Lisa started dating in 2005 and reportedly got married in 2017. The former couple shares two kids together namely- Lola Iolani Momoa, 14, and Nakoa-Wolf Momoa, 1.
