Jared Wise: Ex-FBI agent who compared cops to Nazis and shouted 'kill'em' arrested on Jan 6 riot charges
WASHINGTON, DC: Jared L Wise, an ex-FBI supervisory agent, is arrested after illegally storming into Capitol Hill during January 6, 2021 attack. He is also charged with three other misdemeanor counts and allegedly urged the mob outside to ‘kill ‘em,” while referring to law enforcement guarding the building as ‘Nazis,’ revealed court documents on Tuesday, May 2. The former FBI officer who served between 2004-2017, was arrested in Oregon, on Monday, May 1.
Based on his excellence, Wise rose through the ranks during his tenure in the department and left the bureau as a supervisory special agent. The FBI refused to comment on his arrest other than referring to public court records. According to investigators, Wise entered the Capitol through a Senate wing door and remained inside for approximately nine minutes, and raised his hands in ‘triumph,’ as per CBS News.
