In 'It's Okay to Not be Okay' Episode 5, we had seen how Mun-yeong had successfully managed to tempt Sang-tae into signing a contract with her to work as her illustrator. She even realized that Sang-tae would definitely prefer to stay with her at the castle-like home than at Yoo-ri's house, which Kang-tae had rented after he began working at the OK psychiatric facility. Following this, how will Kang-tae get Sang-tae to leave Mun-yeong's side? He understands that Mun-yeong's Antisocial Personality Disorder could affect Sang-tae; however, he doesn't understand that Mun-yeong might not be using Sang-tae but like his company.

Since the beginning, every time Mun-yeong was in Sang-tae's company, she was a lot more empathetic towards him than others. She spoke to him as she would anyone else and the fact that he had autism didn't play a role in how she approached him. Yes, she did talk about his condition to Kang-tae differently, but not in a hateful manner. Now that she has got Sang-tae to sign a contract with her, it is clear that she wants to use Sang-tae to get Kang-tae to do what she wants of him. The promo features Kang-tae wanting to get Sang-tae out of Mun-yeong's home. However, Sang-tae doesn't want to leave and he even makes it known.

There is also a scene of Sang-tae beating Kang-tae up, probably because Kang-tae repeatedly asks his brother to give up on working or staying with Mun-yeong. Kang-tae also seems extremely disturbed because of his brother is acting out, but there isn't much that he can do at the moment. The other thing that we do see is that Sang-tae has successfully managed to begin painting on the wall. All this while, he had trouble starting and kept hesitating before he placed the brush on the wall, but now, he seems extremely excited.

He is also cleaning up Mun-yeong's home and this is what makes us wonder if this move by the author was after all good for the brothers. All this while, Kang-tae had coddled Sang-tae and believed that only he was capable of caring for his brother. In fact, at the end of the last episode, he had told his brother that Sang-tae is his world. The fact that Kang-tae had to be yelled at by many and had to move once every year because of Sang-tae, seems to have troubled Sang-tae. This was the reason why he had also tried to earn money to buy a camper vehicle.

Now, away from his brother, Sang-tae gets a chance to live life without being protected by his brother.

'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' originally airs on tvN on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm KST in South Korea and can be streamed on Netflix.
