'It's Okay to Not be Okay' Episode 15 has fans excited that the future looks bright for Kang-tae and Mun-yeong's love story despite the many complications in their relationship so far. There was a big fat confession, a child-like tantrum, and heartwarming understanding that moved fans into feeling different stages of warm and cuddly. As we saw Kang-tae become more open to expressing his love and affection for Mun-yeong, the episode built up to a stage where every fan had expected to see their two favorite characters kiss. However, the episode ended on an expected note, especially for fans who have felt that the sexual tension between Mun-yeong and Kang-tae has to find an outlet before the show comes to an end.

One fan on Reddit wrote, "I kept thinking oh this episode feels complete. Everyone's happy. He's proposed and they've come full circle. What's the point of giving us episode 16 now? Just end it here. And then that scene got cut and I was like NO I NEED EPISODE 16 LIKE RIGHT NOW. Can you imagine how lucky people who will be watching all 16 episodes together for the first time will be?"

Another fan wrote, "Ok but how dare they end the episode before sexy time I feel personally attacked!!!" Many agreed and one said, "I'm embarrassed at myself that they got me so embarrassed I had to cover my face because of the tension and they haven't even done anything!"

Fans are also expecting another twist in the final episode of the show and it has to do with Director Oh of OK Psychiatric facility. The scene of him wiping a tad bit of blood from Heung-ja's face has fans wondering if he is going to run a DNA test. One fan shared, "So one scene that really stood out to me was the director confronting Haeng-ja and how he wiped some of the blood from her face. That felt far too intimate for me, even with the close working relationship they had. I could be way off the mark here but he collected a little of her blood. Probably far too little to do a DNA test but...?"

Another fan shared, "Collected blood. Brilliant! Perhaps too brilliant for the writers of the show, but in that circumstance, I'd definitely want to know if she really was the mom." With just one episode left, all that we now need an answer to is to know how Mun-yeong's mother survived that fall and being dumped in the lake.

'It's Okay to Not Be Okay' originally airs on tvN on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm KST in South Korea and can be streamed on Netflix.
