Netflix has released the official trailer for their new show 'It's Bruno', which is a story about a man and his dog Bruno. Solvan 'Slick' Naim brings to screen the lovely doggy adventure.

Created, directed and executive produced by Naim, the show follows Malcolm (played by Naim himself) and his beloved rescue puggle mutt and companion Bruno. Their Brooklyn neighborhood is bright and happening, which makes their trip to the grocery store even more exciting. Some of the adventures that Malcolm and his dog Bruno embark on include being tricked by a rival dog, a girl falling in love with the dog, and dealing with the caca left behind by pets on their walks.

Release date

'It's Bruno!' is set to release on Netflix on May 17, 2019

Plot

The show will surely remind you of many dog-related movies like 'Marley and Me', Marmaduke and in this TV series, Naim's story is set in a bustling neighborhood in Bushwick. The series follows Malcolm and his dog Bruno and the series of shenanigans they get up to daily on their morning walks. These walks of theirs can lead to pretty amusing situations and Bruno seems to be the star in all of them.  Bruno is also the key to his master having even a social life. In short, it is all about dogs, comedy, and adventure.

There aren't any details out about Morgan's character, but we see him in the trailer giving competition to Malcolm and Bruno. He is best known for playing Turk Barrett in Marvel's 'Daredevil' and also his other roles in 'Jessica Jones', 'Luke Cage', 'Iron Fist', 'The Defenders', and 'The Punisher'. He also plays Officer Powell on 'Stranger Things'.

The cast for 'It's Bruno' also includes Shakira Barrera (of 'GLOW' fame).

Trailer

Malcolm is walking his dog through their Brooklyn neighborhood, after brushing his teeth, of course, but it is not just a simple walk. Given the vibrant Brooklyn neighborhood they live in, the walk is filled with adventures. "Hey, don't touch my dog!" is something Malcolm says twice in the trailer. The first instance is met with, "I've never seen nobody so rude," while the other says, "You should take my number."
