FLAGSTAFF, ARIZONA: 'Sister Wives' star Meri Brown took to Instagram on Sunday to upload an emotional video. The reality star talked about her feelings as her eyes welled up. The 52-year-old talked about how "there will always be someone who can't see your worth." It seemed as if Meri was allegedly pointing fingers at her ex-husband Kody Brown.
Meri revealed in an Instagram post that it's not easy to let go of the negative comments and how "outside voices" have been affecting her. As Meri talked about people's opinions affecting her mood, it seemed as if the TLC star was hinting toward her ex.

Is Kody Brown the 'outside voice' affecting Meri Brown's mood?
Meri Brown took to Instagram on Sunday, June 5 to enlighten her social media fans about her mood. She claimed in her post, "Hi, so there's a Mel Robbins quote that says, 'there will always be someone who can't see your worth, don't let it be you.'" Meri further added, "I think so many times we let the voices of everybody else but ourselves get in our head and influence what we think and how we feel." Is Meri talking about Kody here? 'Sister Wives' star did not take anyone's name in her post, but her words seem to point finger at Kody. It has been Kody who influences the 'Sister Wives' star's life for a long time. And, it is not easy for everyone to overcome past trauma. Indeed, Meri might be reliving her past experiences as she shared the "Worthy-Up" post. Meri told her fans, "I think it's really easy to let social media comments or just other people's opinions affect your mood." It seems by "other people's opinion" Meri allegedly meant Kody's opinion.

Meri Brown claims 'outside voices still get in my head'
Meri accepts in her post that her productivity is affected by other people's opinions. She addresses her fans, "I'm here to tell you that I have not mastered this." She accepts feeling hurt, claiming, "I don't have a magic formula and outside voices still get in my head." The reality star ended her video by saying, "But what I am here today to tell you is the things I do when I'm feeling this because right now I'm feeling this." Meri smirked as she added, "So I've kind of been in a place recently where I've been allowing the opinions and the judgments and actions of others to kind of get in my head." "No magic formula. Just feel all the feels," the reality star captioned her post.
Meri does not seem to be feeling well lately. Her eyes filled with tears as the star spoke about her feelings.
