DIXON, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb Sisters' star Amy Slaton recently sparked concern over her younger son, Glenn, as she revealed the scratched face of her kid on social media. The reality star took to her TikTok and explained how her son got injured. In the video, Glenn was seen sitting on his mother's lap as he bounced on his mother, squirming and crying out.
The toddler had a pair of deep visible scratches stretching down his forehead to his left eye. Glenn also had a small bruise under his right eye. The reality star explained in the caption, "Mommy and Glenn time! And Bruno scratched his face while playing."
Amy elaborated in the video, "When you wrestle with the dog, and the dog wins." She then showed her son and noted, "Your face looks horrible baby, I’m sorry." The reality star assured her fans, "It was an accident, y’all." Despite Amy's assurance, fans were not convinced and called her out for her negligence and parenting skills.
Amy's followers took to the comment section of the reality star's video and noted, "It's the parents responsibility to TEACH their children to respect all animals. DOGS are not TOYS or wrestling partners." Another person said, "That's how a dog gets annoyed and the kid ends up biting, and the dog gets punished for it."
Another internet user penned, "DONT ever let your child wrestle with any dog. Not only is it annoying to your dog, but this could happen. And your lucky it wasn’t worse." Another critic said, "He could have gotten eye damage!! Bad parenting." Another person suggested, "No way do you have the mental capacity to raise children."
Another TikTok user stated, "Glenn is too YOUNG to be "Wrestling" with a dog!!! Mama should Not allow this in the first place, then that Precious Face Wouldn't be Scratch up!" Another follower claimed, "OH THAT IS SO IT!!! I’m filing a complaint to TLC to cancel the show and file charges on you for negligence and child abuse!!!"
