Internet slams Joe Biden after Fox News' Sean Hannity takes a dig at POTUS for ‘embellishing his personal tales’
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Friday, September 1, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity shared a post questioning Joe Biden's honesty in his stories after The Washington Post’s chief fact-checker Glenn Kessler said that the POTUS “embellishes tales.”
The tweet featured an article that highlighted Kessler’s statement on Biden’s “favorite fairytales.”
According to Kessler, “Biden has a ‘propensity to exaggerate or embellish tales about his life led to doubts about his truthfulness.’”
Kessler reportedly examined Biden's recent retelling of a past incident where a fire came dangerously close to destroying his Corvette, his anecdotes about getting arrested for taking a stand during the civil rights era, and a narrative describing the events that made him embrace same-sex relationships.
After Kessler called out Biden’s “exaggerated” stories, the internet brutally slammed POTUS for his statements.

He further said, “At least six times as president, mostly recently in comments to Hurricane Idalia victims Wednesday, Biden has exaggerated the extent of a fire that occurred at his house in 2004.”
Hannity’s article also featured a tweet by The Washington Post which read, “Fact Checker: Here’s a guide to some of the stories told by President Biden that cannot be verified or are not plausible.”
