Donald Trump says in a video that Fani Willis is out to 'get him'

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: On Thursday, August 31, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity posted a recent video of former president Donald Trump blasting Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.

The video featured 2024 GOP frontrunner Trump calling Willis a ‘disaster’ and arguing that she’s campaigning on a platform to ‘get Trump’ instead of focusing on reducing the rate of violent crime within her jurisdiction.

Early this week, Trump was brutally mocked after he shared his thoughts on GOP candidate Vivek Ramaswamy. Hannity posted a tweet reporting Trump’s statement.

Trump candidly opened up to the possibility of a “Trump-Ramaswamy” ticket in 2024 and called Ramaswamy, “He’s a very, very, very intelligent person. He’s got good energy, and he could be some form of something. I tell you, I think he’d be very good. I think he’s very good. I think he’s really distinguished himself.”

Sean Hannity shares Donald Trump’s fury on Fani Willis

On X, formerly known as Twitter, Fox News anchor Sean Hannity posted a video of former POTUS blasting Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and calling her a "disaster."

The video came from TRUTH Social after Trump released it and Hannity posted it in his tweet which read, “TRUMP: “Why is there so much murder…in Atlanta? Why is there so much violent crime in Atlanta?"

And the article titled, “MAKE ATLANTA GREAT AGAIN! Trump Releases Video, Unloads on 'Disaster' Fani Willis.”

Hannity added Trump’s statement from The Daily Caller which said, “Why is there so much murder…in Atlanta? Why is there so much violent crime in Atlanta?”

Furthermore, in a video posted to Truth Social, Trump criticized prosecutor Fanni Willis for what he sees as a misplaced focus.

He argued that instead of focusing on reducing violent crime and addressing real criminal issues within her jurisdiction, Willis is campaigning on a platform centered around pursuing actions against him, framed as "Get Trump."

He further added criticizing other district attorneys are also failing to uphold law and order in their cities and Willis is not alone.

Trump alleged, “They let the criminals go and they want to get Trump. They want to see if they can get some extra votes.”

Internet calls Donald Trump a ‘clown’

People didn’t support Donald Trump’s backlash on Fani Willis and slammed him brutally on Sean Hannity’s tweet.

One questioned, “Weird that he’d pick Atlanta…wonder why?”

Another reflected on his crimes, “Regardless, it won’t change the trouble that Trump is in for HIS actions. Deflection is not a defense.”

One fan pointed straight at Trump’s move to speak on Atlanta as a motive because of his indictment, “Atlanta isn't the only city with violent crimes. Trump is just obsessed with Atlanta because of his indictment in Georgia.”

Another said, “Trump should worry about himself. He’s under 4 indictments with 91 felony counts.”

One fan questioned facts on Trump’s statement, “Typical Trump, baseless hyperbole. No facts support any of the claims Trump is making about Atlanta or Willis. Surprised?”
