'His humor is amazing!' Internet in splits as Donald Trump recounts conversation with Melania about 'golden shower' allegations
FORT DODGE, IOWA: In a campaign rally held on Saturday, November 18 in Fort Dodge, Iowa, former President Donald Trump addressed the controversial "golden shower" dossier allegations, shedding light on his personal conversation with his wife Melania Trump.
The heavily disputed dossier, compiled in 2016 by former British spy Christopher Steele, reportedly claimed that Russian authorities had secretly filmed sex workers urinating on Trump in a Moscow hotel room, as per Daily Mail.
Donald Trump narrates telling Melania about 'golden shower'
Trump, known for his candid storytelling, re-enacted the moment of informing Melania about the claims.
He referred to the investigations as "a continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time" but reserved a significant portion of his speech for the infamous "golden showers" allegations.
"He was with four hookers. You think that was good that night? To go up and tell my wife, 'It is not true, darling. I love you very much. It's not true!'" Trump recounted.
He added, "Actually, that one she didn’t believe because she said, 'He’s a germaphobe, he’s not into that. He is not into golden showers, as they say, they call it. He’s not.'"
Expressing his concern about Melania's reaction, he added, "I don’t like that idea. I thought that would be a big problem. I was going to have a rough night. But that one, she was very good on. She said, 'You’re okay on that one.'"
Despite the controversial nature of the allegations, Trump's supporters at the event appeared appreciative of his candid explanation and the steadfast support of his wife.
Melania's dismissal of the claims, citing Trump's germaphobia, seemed to reassure both the former president and his followers.

Trump's reputation as a germaphobe and his well-known aversion to sickness has been widely reported, including his pre-election statement that shaking hands was "barbaric" due to its potential to spread diseases.
Donald Trump's legal challenges
Trump attempted to launch a lawsuit against Steele last month in the High Court in London.
The former POTUS labeled the "golden showers" allegations as "phony" and "false," seeking compensation for distress through a data protection claim against Orbis Business Intelligence, as per the source outlet.
This comes as Trump is facing 91 charges across four separate indictments in DC, New York, Georgia, and Florida.
These charges reportedly include solicitation, racketeering, forgery, false statements, obstruction, conspiracy against civil rights, and the willful retention of national defense information.
If convicted, the former real estate mogul faces up to 300 years behind bars.
Despite no longer holding office, Trump's enduring influence in the political landscape is evidenced by his ability to crack up a passionate base of supporters.
