LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Pete Davidson is back in action with his new comedy series 'Bupkis', which is all set to premiere on Peacock soon. The series will only have eight episodes, which would be co-written by Davidson and his long-time friend/collaborator Dave Sirus as well as Judah Miller. 'Bupkis' is inspired by some of the real-life events from Pete Davidson's life, but will also have some delectable fictionalized occurrences. The cast of the show includes Joe Pesci, Pete Davidson starring as himself, Edie Falco in the lead with many others completing the list.

The meaning behind 'Bupkis' literally translates to "nothing at all", which tells a lot about what we can expect. But with the history of Pete Davidson's work in 'Saturday Night Live', it is safe to assume we would be getting a similar kind of fun R-rated storytelling from this project.

What is 'Bupkis' about?

The show will be based on some real-life events, but mostly would be Davidson's perspective on the world and its workings. With that, it promises a fun ride to the town of dark humor, sarcasm and more. The synopsis on IMDb reads, "Follows Pete Davidson's life, combining grounded storytelling with some absurd elements from the worldview for which Davidson is well known."

After the news broke out of Pete Davidson's new comedy show 'Bupkis', fans took to Twitter to express their feelings about the show and Pete Davidson. While fans are quick to point out flaws with brutal honesty, this time the internet got crazy with hilarious memes and asking questions that were necessary and needed. "I feel so sorry that Joe Pesci came back to acting and had to work w Pete,' said one user while another wrote, "Why is Pesci in this."

"Pete, please make a film based on your life & how tf you’re getting the women you’re getting. The world needs to know lmao." Yet another user chimed in with, "keeping up with pete davidson", with someone asking important questions, "Wasn’t that kinda what King of Staten Island was?!". Someone raised a question about what is the new show about, "How many Pete Davidson real life things we getting? Lol Unless this is one about his dating life roasting everyone (that would be hilarious)." with someone chiming in with, "how many times we gotta follows this dudes fictionalized life."
