Internet up in arms as 'The View' skips 'best part' of George Santos' OnlyFans detail from Fox interview
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: CBS News reported that on Thursday, Representative George Santos declared that he would not seek re-election following the release of a House Ethics Committee report revealing significant evidence of misconduct.
The day after hosts on 'The View' discussed Santos and played news clips featuring interviews with the Representative.
One of these clips, a resurfaced clip from Fox News, featured Santos addressing the internet content subscription service OnlyFans.
Nevertheless, following this clip on 'The View,' the comment section was inundated with disappointed viewers expressing their dissatisfaction over the show not airing the complete interview with Santos from Fox News.
‘The View’ panel discusses George Santos
Joy Behar, who led the segment on Friday, humorously narrated the week's news to her co-hosts and the live audience, saying, "Oh, it's been a big week for news, hasn't it?"
She added, "And right before the show, the Republican House Ethics Committee, Republican House Ethics Committee, the key word there, Republican, they filed a resolution to expel George Santos who currently faces 23 felony charges, which is about a third of the charges Trump is facing.”
She continued, “And yesterday he announced that he will not run for re-election,” there was a loud cheer from the audience.
“But I find that a loss for his constituents since he allegedly spent donor dollars getting Botox, shopping at Hermes, and subscribing to OnlyFans. This is his take on his time in office, watch,” said Behar.
'The View' proceeded to show a clip from Fox Business, featuring an interview with George Santos in March conducted by host Kennedy. In the clip, Santos remarked, "I'm a boring nerd, dork, whatever you want to call me."
He added, “I just discovered what OnlyFans was three weeks ago when it was brought up in a discussion in my office.”
Kennedy asked him, “What do you think?”
Santos laughed and claimed he was “oblivious to the whole concept.” This is where ‘The View’ cut off the clip, before moving on to other clips of Santos.
Nevertheless, in the actual complete interview, following Santos' assertion about OnlyFans, Kennedy glanced downward and quietly muttered, "Ah, you just can't tell the truth."
This part was not included on ‘The View,’ and people have taken notice, and pointed it on the comment section on YouTube.

In the comment section, one prevalent topic of discussion was Fox, specifically George Santos' interview with Kennedy.
