He is now attempting to build his reputation back in the 2021 Olympics, and Peacock TV is releasing a documentary that goes 'In Deep with Ryan Lochte'. Plot
According to the official synopsis, "'In Deep With Ryan Lochte' will explore the athlete’s much-covered scandal at the 2016 Olympics in Rio De Janeiro. Now four years past the incident and a father of two, Lochte tries once more to make his way onto the US Olympic team and prove he isn’t the same man he once was.'
NBC has said of the series, “At the 2016 Rio Olympics Ryan Lochte (Celebrity Big Brother, Dancing with the Stars) was at the center of a scandal that has since overshadowed a decorated swimming career that includes 12 Olympic medals. Now a 35-year-old husband and father of two young children, Lochte is hoping for one more chance to make Team USA and prove he’s not the same man he was four years ago.”

The documentary will focus on Ryan Lochte, the 35-year old Olympic swimmer. He is the second-most decorated swimmer in Olympic history having won 12 Olympic medals, just behind swimmer Michael Phelps. He currently holds the world records in the 200-meter individual medley (long and short course). He also holds the world record in the 4×200-meter freestyle (long course) and 4x100-meter freestyle (mixed) relay.
