Jazz Jennings knows how difficult and important it is for someone to get a gender confirmation surgery and for this reason, she wasn't going to simply sit aside and not help her friend, Noelle Jaclyn. Noelle had previously revealed to Jazz that she was interested in getting her gender confirmation surgery but one thing that was holding her back was the lack of finances.

Noelle revealed that getting the surgery required a lot of money and to make things worse, her insurance did not cover it. Jazz knew how important the surgery was for Noelle and decided to jump in for some help. For the purpose of raising some money, Jazz decided to organize a drag show.

To add to this, she also started a Gofundme page for Noelle as she hoped her fans would be kind enough to make a generous donation towards a good cause. While the drag show went well, unfortunately, they hadn't reached the amount of money that was required for the surgery.

Fortunately, they still had the Gofundme page that Jazz was sure would make all the difference as it wasn't much. However, she knew she had to do a little something to make this work. Jazz decided to finally record the song that she had been planning on singing and help with raising the money. She soon recorded a video of her performance and uploaded it.

To make the song worth watching, Jazz dressed in drag and gave her best performance. Luckily, the finale of the show ended on a good note as Jazz found out that her efforts allowed them to make enough money to help with Noelle's gender confirmation surgery.

Jazz decided to go to Noelle's house and give the big news in person. Once she arrived home, Noelle was getting ready for her surgery and it is then that Jazz decided to break the big news. She asked Noelle to check the fundraiser while informing her that they had finally reached their goal.

Seeing that they were able to generate enough money for the surgery, Noelle broke down crying. She felt emotional and blessed at the same time for having someone like Jazz in her life. Speaking to the camera she confessed that she was fortunate to have a friend like Jazz while adding that she was happy about Jazz making the decision of creating the fundraiser just to get those extra dollars.

"I am proud to have her as a friend. She is someone who is loving, talented, and caring. You don't really find friends like Jazz," she said. Noelle knew that no matter what, she would always have Jazz beside her and Jazz assured her the same.
