Rodrigo Alves aka the 'Human Ken Doll' revealed his extremely swollen and stitched face after getting around 200 threads, as well as scar tissue, removed after face reduction surgery. The operation lasted for around five hours and took place in Tehran, Iran, on Sunday.
The 35-year-old took to social media to show his bandaged up and stitched face as he comes close to having 69 plastic surgeries. Alves shocked and stunned his fans as he unveiled his very battered face which had bloodstained stitches on the side.
He had around 5cm of skin removed from his face and also 200 threads. Earlier this week, he had shared a very disturbing photo of the fibrosis which had been removed from his face.
