'A Very Vermont Christmas' revolves around Joy, the former championship skier who returns to her hometown to help her mother who is struggling to pay bills.
Joy learns about an upcoming Brew-Ski competition through her ex-boyfriend Greg. She sees this as an opportunity to revive their pub called Frosty.
While skiing, she meets a cute guy named Zac, who works for Scholz Beer and also happens to be Frosty's beer distributor. Joy offers him ski lessons while in return, he helps her create a seasonal microbrew.
Amid the Brew-Ski competition and Joy's attempt to revive her business, she and Zac get closer and develop a connection.
The official synopsis of the film reads, "A local champion skier and Vermont brew master teams up with an unlikely match to create a seasonal microbrew to save her family's business before Christmas."

Katie Leclerc takes up the lead role of Joy in Hallmark's upcoming Christmas movie.
She started her career in 2005 with a small role in 'Veronica Mars', followed by appearances in notable TV shows such as 'The Big Bang Theory' and 'NCIS'.
Leclerc played a leading role in ABC's family drama 'Switched at Birth' which aired from 2011 to 2017. Her latest appearance was in Hallmark's 2023 film 'Letters to Santa'.
Ryan McPartlin
Ryan McPartlin, 49, plays Zac, Joy's love interest in 'A Very Vermont Christmas'. The Chicago born actor is best known for playing Devon Woodcomb aka Captain Awesome on the action-comedy series 'Chuck' (2007-2012).
