Full Name Spongebob Squarepants
Alias Mr. SquarePants, Sponge, SqureButt, The Squish
Height 4 in (0.1 m) approx
Weight 26.6 kgs (52 lbs) approx
Strength Lifting and moving heavy objects
Weakness Gullibility
Occupation Fry Cook at Krusty Krab

SpongeBob SquarePants, one of the most popular cartoon characters, is just 4 inches tall, as per Fandom. This makes him one of the smallest protagonists in an animated series.

A testament to his young age, Sponge is often described as fun-loving, kind-hearted, and naive. The childish and accident-prone sea sponge also has a happy-go-lucky personality. SpongeBob is dedicated to his work at the Krusty Krab. He puts a lot of care into everything he does, from catching jellyfish to flipping patties.

His worst flaw, though, is his clumsiness, which is partially caused by the fact that he frequently makes mistakes and forgets things. But this only serves to enhance his comedy value and appeal as a character.

SpongeBob or Patrick: Who is taller?

Patrick Star is yet another fictional character in the American animated television series 'SpongeBob SquarePants', whose height is 6 inches (0.15 m/15 cm), as per reports, making him 2 inches taller than SpongeBob.

Sponge and Patrick, a starfish, have been best friends since they were babies. If SpongeBob is naive and immature, Patrick is truly dimwitted. But this is actually the reason Patrick and SpongeBob are such close friends in the first place.

Patrick typically gets the two into the most trouble since he lacks SpongeBob's level of responsibility and tenacity. In addition, Patrick gets jealous quickly due to his immaturity.

When faced with difficult or stressful events, he responds like a toddler would: by throwing a fit. Patrick is self-centered and narrow-minded because of his limited perspective, which results from his simplistic way of thinking. He looks to SpongeBob to correct him during all these moments.

Is SpongeBob shorter than Sandy?

Sandy Cheeks is a fictional character in the American animated comedy television series 'SpongeBob SquarePants' whose height is 5 inches (0.12 m/ 12 cm), as per reports, making her 1 inch taller than SpongeBob.

Sandy is portrayed as an intelligent anthropomorphic squirrel who wears a diving suit and lives underwater. While many fans consider the duo to be in a relationship, as per Encyclopedia SpongeBobia, SpongeBob and Sandy are good friends.

Series creator Stephen Hillenburg stated that he created Sandy as "a strong female character that could be a good friend to SpongeBob but not a love interest."
