What renovation ideas help rain cash for 'Rock The Block' teams?
'Rock The Block' team members are given a tight budget for their renovation. Therefore, they can not spend freely on any luxury items. The team members need to be mindful of where they are spending their money. Realtor reports designer Egypt Sherrod claiming that one should always design a room with many possibilities. He says, "Buyers love possibilities, so we don’t want to lock into just one thing." On the other hand, previous season's star Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas believes that utilizing castoffs can save money and add creativity. Keith says, "Nobody told me I can’t use trash." Keith also believes that one should always go for bold colors. It is believed that arresting colors in an overall design scheme can contribute to higher appraisals. Another fabulous piece of advice from the renovators is to use loft spaces. Indeed, make a laundry room where the laundry clothes are made, that is in the kitchen space.
Let us further wait to see what innovative ideas 'Rock The Block' Season 4 cast members will be using to get the highest appraisal. 'Rock The Block' Season 4 will release on Monday, March 6, at 9.00 pm ET on HGTV.
