There's an overflow of emotions on social media as fans of 'Attack On Titan' can't stop mourning the death of Sasha Braus. The show has killed off so many crucial characters, and yet the knife continues to be twisted. The makers had promised more casualties in Season 4 and viewers were biting their nails frantically. Now, with Sasha's loss, fans can't stop grieving the death of the heroine, who has been with them since the beginning.

It was a dark moment in the series and something fans considered unthinkable. It all occurred after Eren attacked Marley, and this destruction annihilated the last bit of goodwill towards him. However, in the end, Jean blamed Eren for Sasha's death. 

The nation's capital was in a bad state after Eren's brutal attack and the Survey Corps only accelerated the assault. Gabi was alone and she found everyone dying around her. In her attempt to secure justice for her loved ones, Gabi ended up killing Sasha with a stolen rifle. Sasha was killed when Gabi found her way onto an airship with Falco on her tail.

It was a coincidence that she tailed the airship that carried Eren and the like. Gabi aimed at Sasha before pulling the trigger, and the bullet hit Sasha. Sasha has been in the show since the beginning, and she was loved because of her affectionate nature and desired to spread love.

After she was shot by Gabi, fans immediately began mourning her. Her death is one of the most devastating ones after Erwin and Marco. Her death has made everyone upset with Eren as it's because of his destructive choices that killed Sasha. So, now what's going to happen to Gabi?

"We all knew it was coming but the pain seeing it on the live episode just hits differently. #SASHA #sasha you did well till the end! #attackontitanseason4," a fan tweeted. "I dunno what to say but every time I think about SASHA since I read the manga I cried every time from being a funny person she made me smile from the first season until the third but now she made me cry, Rest in Peace SASHA BRAUS we love and we miss you," another wrote.

"Pls you don't know how many times I've teared up over Sasha today, and it hasn't even been a full day since I watched the episode, I can't imagine the feelings for Sasha stans," one tweeted. "I feel bad for this guy, he and Sasha deserve a happy ending," a fan wrote. Sasha dying next to Mikasa was a heart-wringing moment for fans.

"Sasha was Mikasa’s first friend outside of her friendship with Eren and Armin. Her sitting by Sasha’s grave is making my heartbreak :( #AOTAssassinsBullet #AoTSeason4NHK," another tweeted. "Seeing Mikasa cry next to Sasha's grave will forever make me sob," one wrote.
