NFL at last. It's been that sort of a year where sporting activity across the world came to standstill with the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. However, MLB, NBA, tennis, boxing, soccer and golf were some of the sports that slowly limped back to action. There certainly was a cloud of uncertainty that loomed large about the possibility of an NFL season, but sports Gods have been kind and we finally get to witness some epic action as the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Houston Texans in the 2020 season opener.

It's a familiar foes clash and the Texans will be gunning for revenge at the Arrowhead Stadium. Last time these two sides met, the Texans got the better of the Chiefs with a 31-24 regular-season win, only to be paid back 51-31 by the same side during the divisional playoffs. Here's a quick primer ahead of the mouth-watering clash.

There's fuboTV that comprises all three of the mentioned broadcasters and it includes ESPN and NFL Network. The Fubo TV Standard package is priced at $59.99 per month. The next option is Sling TV that comes at $45 per month. YouTube TV is the third possible choice.

Pre-game buzz

Come the new season and Houston will be aiming to notch up their third consecutive division title. In Deshaun Watson, they have a solid QB who recorded 3,852 passing yards in 2019. In their last season, he scored three touchdowns in two games against Kansas. This year's Houston team has a bit of an overhaul with some trades. Their top receiver, DeAndre Hopkins was unloaded off to the Arizona Cardinals and in return, they had running back, David Johnson added to their roster.

Their opponents are gearing up for another explosive season. The reigning champions are led by Patrick Mahomes, the star who signed a jaw-dropping 450 million dollar deal in the offseason. He's the man to watch for as he registered over 4,000 passing yards with a 26:5 TD to INT ratio in 2019. He was also the man whose five TD's sealed their win against Houston in the playoffs. They will miss the service of running back Damien Williams sitting out of this season.

Who will win?

As far as records go, the Texans got the better of the Chiefs during the regular season before being overpowered by the Chiefs in the playoff game. It's a new start for them while the Chiefs will look to start off their 2020 campaign with a win. It's not going to be an easy game for either of the teams. We'll be backing Kansas to take this one.
