Season 1 of 'House of the Dragon' is slowly inching toward its conclusion and it will be interesting to see if the makers give us a glimpse of the Targaryen civil war in the finale or not. However, the ''Game of Thrones'' prequel series shocked everyone with a scene that clearly bowled everyone out. The series has an abundance of scenes that make viewers uncomfortable, but the makers decided to take things to a whole new level with Episode 9 and got everyone out of their seats.

In Episode 9 of the HBO series, we saw Queen Alicent (Olivia Cooke) meeting her loyal servant, Lord Larys Strong, to discuss something. During the entire episode, Queen Alicent looked surprised by the number of supporters in her corner and Lord Larys was one of them. However, his intentions were not yet fully clear to anyone and he made a request that made viewers quite uncomfortable. So, here's what happened. While meeting each other and discussing Aegon being the new King of Westeros, Queen Alicent puts her feet on the table in between Larys and herself. At first, it looked like she was just resting her feet on the table after a stressful day. However, as their conversation continued, we saw Alicent removing her stockings and placing her bare feet on the table. That's the moment we realise that this is all being done for Larys, who has a strong foot fetish.

Larys wants to share something really important with Alicent that will help her in successfully executing her plans, but he requires a special favour from the Queen before he can share the secret information. As soon as she showed her feet to Larys, he started to tell her the names of all the spies that were working in the upper courts of the kingdom and he assured the Queen that he would kill them if he got what he wanted. Alicent says "yes" to everything he just stated and puts her feet up on a chair, giving him an unobstructed view of her feet. The scene moves forward with Larys promising Alicent that he'll kill all of them as he masturbates to Alicent's bare feet.

Fans were horrified by the shocking scene and expressed their disbelief on social media. One of the fans wrote, "I can excuse incest, but I draw the line at foot fetish." Another social media user noted, "That feet scene in House of the Dragon was unnecessary." Another fan tweeted, "I have witnessed a lot of deaths and battles in 'Game of Thrones' and 'House of the Dragon'. With that being said, the foot scene was by far the most disgusting thing I have seen."

"That foot scene gave me more trauma than the Red Wedding," tweeted another fan. "Are you telling me Alicent has been feeding Lord Larys foot fetish in return for his service????? AND LETTING HIM J3RK OFF IN FRONT OF HER??? and I thought this show couldn't get worse," wrote another fan. "Only Game of Thrones could condition us to just casually accept incest & then throw in a foot fetish guy to get us to recoil in horror," said another social media user.

With only one episode remaining in the ongoing season, it's quite evident that we might see a lot of twists and turns and deaths during the finale. However, it will take some time for viewers to get the aforementioned scene out of their heads and be normal whenever Alicent and Larys come together for a conversation.

'House of the Dragon' Season 1 returns to HBO and HBO Max with a new episode every Sunday at 9 pm EST.
