It took almost a decade for Armie Hammer to make a successful career in Hollywood, but it all came crashing down when the actor was accused of sexual abuse in early 2021. Hammer was no more the blue-eyed boy of the entertainment industry and everyone turned against him. However, things got bad to worse when more and more victims started alleging that Hammer has been a repeat offender and had a long history of abusive behavior. So, Discovery+ is now coming forward to investigate everything that has been said and written about Hammer in the upcoming documentary series ‘House of Hammer’.

The trailer for the upcoming investigative docuseries starts with Hammer’s ex-girlfriend Courtney Vucekovich saying that she is here to tell what happened in her relationship with Armie Hammer. A few seconds later, we are introduced to Julia Morrison, a girl that the actor contacted through the image-sharing platform Instagram, showing her phone and revealing a message sent by the actor. The message read, “I have a fantasy about having someone proving their love and devotion and tying them up in a public place at night and making their body free use.” The actor is also alleged to have said in a spine-chilling voice memo, which is played in the trailer, “My bet was going to involve showing up at your place and completely tying you up and incapacitating you and being able to do whatever I wanted to every single hole in your body until I was done with you.”

The clip also reveals a message from the actor that said that he is “100% cannibal” and a hand-written note that reads, “I’m going to bite the f**k out of you”. For the uninitiated, Courtney was one of the first victims to come out and tell the truth about Hammer’s real personality publically and since then, several others have shared their horrifying ordeal as well.

However, the trailer also makes us realize that there is a long list of abusers in the Hammer family. From his great-great-grandfather to his own father, several people from the Hammer family have been involved in a lot of violence. So, they have a member of the Hammer family exposing their secrets as well. Casey Hammer, who is Armie Hammer’s aunt and granddaughter of Armand Hammer, will be revealing the abuses she suffered and others suffered at the hands of several members of the Hammer family. “My name is Casey Hammer. I’m about to reveal the dark, twisted secrets of the Hammer family,” Hammer says in the clip.

As soon as the trailer surfaced online, horrified users of social media had a lot to say about the trailer. But they made one thing clear they are surely going to watch the upcoming documentary series. One of the social media users wrote, “Discovery+ said you will RESPECT this merger, here’s a li’l taste”. Another user said, “This is going to be extra interesting because I know his aunt and she’s got some stories.” Another social media user tweeted, “I have chills. Also, some of his demands of the women remind me of what R.Kelly imposed on his victims. What is behind this apparently not uncommon need for absolute control, subjugation, and the most depraved degradation of women.”

“He had such a great career going. I was shocked when it came out how twisted he actually was,” said another one. “Damn, this gives me chills,” wrote another user. “I have never felt so nauseous and uncomfortable watching a trailer for a documentary. I’m going to watch it but it just looks horrifying. Like a real-life horror movie. I’m curious about Armie’s family and their dark secrets that j guess shaped him into who he is,” tweeted another user.

After multiple claims of non-consensual BDSM, rape, and physical and emotional abuse, the Los Angeles Police Department, in 2021, announced that the actor was the subject of a sexual assault investigation. Without any guesses, Hammer and his reps have vehemently denied all the charges. However, the inclusion of Casey Hammer makes this worse for him because as someone who has seen him closely, she might expose the history of violence that people don’t even know about.
