HGTV's popular show 'Love It or List It' is back with Season 16 and fans can’t keep calm. The idea of people giving up on their houses until the arrival of co-hosts Hillary Farr and David Visentin and showing them countless possibilities available in their house (Hilary’s department) or giving them the option to sell it and move on to the next house (David’s department) is a sure hit. ‘Love It or List It’ helps fed-up homeowners decide.

David and Hilary compete for the homeowners' final decision to stay or go. David's insider perspective on the real estate market helps target listings to prospective buyers, but Hilary is determined to show homeowners that, within their budget, she can transform their worn-out house into a castle they can love. And hence, when her recent clients decided to turn a deaf ear to what Hilary has to say and made crazy demands on a small budget, fans got frustrated.

“Omg why can’t people just let Hilary Farr come in and work her magic?? Have they not watched any episode of ‘Love It Or List It’ ?? She’d have free reign of my house.  I’d be like “Here’s my money. Just tell me when it’s finished," a user commented. Now Hilary might have kept quiet on the show, but her fans will not as one tweet says, “I want open concept, but not too open.No glass shower enclosure.I want a spa bath, but don't decrease the bedroom size.Last minute change - laundry room, but no more money.”

A tweet said, “This woman wouldn’t get excited over winning the lottery. At least the husband appreciated all the great changes to their home.” “When Hilary asks for more money in the budget and clients give her the look lol like uh no,” another user commented on clients shrimping on Hilary’s budget. Another tweet said, “Homeowners are so disrespectful on ‘Love It Or List It’ They'll tell David, "Oh you can find a house for 1mil" & then turn around say Hilary, "Your budget is 50K" then give her a list of ten major things to change. It never fails HGTV Hilary and her team are miracle workers.”
