Is 'Hello Ghost' a remake?

Yes it is. The film is a remake of the 2010 South Korean hit of the same name. It went on to become the 9th highest-grossing Korean film of that year and starred Cha Tae-hyun and Kang Ye-won.

Is 'Hello Ghost' worth watching?

Indonesia makes some pretty decent films, and if it's closely based on the South Korean movie then expect healthy doses of comedy and some seriously heart-warming moments. So all-in-all it's worth a watch if you're looking for something to do a lazy Sunday afternoon.
