It's true! HBO is filming multiple 'Game Of Thrones' endings and even cast and crew are as clueless as we are

Ever since we started watching Game of Thrones, we have spent a lot of time speculating how the world's most-watched TV series will end. And right after season eight aired, we followed up with interviews to know the ending and got a tiny bit green on cast members who we thought knew the ending of Game of Thrones.

But now, it has been revealed that we shouldn't have bothered at all. We were shooting arrows in the dark because it turns out, their own cast members do not know who is going to end up in the Iron Throne.

The Mother of Dragons, Emilia Clarke, revealed in her latest interview with The Hollywood Reporter that she isn't sure whether she knows how the series will end anymore. She suspects HBO is shooting multiple endings to medieval fantasy hit and deliberately keeping cast and crew in the dark to prevent spoilers from leaking online.

Thanks to the multiple shootings of the endings, the rumour turned out true.

"I don't know that I even do now. I'm being serious. I think they're filming a bunch of stuff and they're not telling us. I'm being serious. I'm being deadly serious," she persuaded.

"I think that they don't even trust us," she sighed.

Admitting the probability of multiple endings, Emilia continued: "There's lots of different endings that could happen; I think we're doing all of them and we aren't being told which is actually what's going to happen."

We do not know if the actress is as serious as she says she is or she's just putting up an act to tease us. Emilia, who plays Daenerys Targaryen on the show, had almost very recently said that the show is going to have a very "divisive ending."

"People will scream and people will say, 'That's exactly what I wanted'," she said, before warning: "Some people will go, 'Huh?' – my mum, probably."

This strategy seems to have come about, considering that massive plot twists, and even entire scripts, have been leaked from Game of Thrones many times before.
