How did Harrison Wagner die? 'General Hospital' star Jack Wagner's son was found in parking lot
Harrison Wagner, son of ‘General Hospital’ stars Jack and Kristina Wagner, died at the age of 27. He was found dead at 5:14 am on Monday, June 6, morning, in a Los Angeles parking lot, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.
The 27-year-old’s cause of death is currently under investigation and has been listed as deferred. As reported by Fox News Digital, the coroner’s office said while describing the term, “Deferred means that after an autopsy, a cause of death has not been determined and the medical examiner is requesting more investigation into the death, including additional studies. Once the tests/studies come back, the doctor evaluates the case again and makes the cause of death determination.”

Harrison, who described himself as a DJ, actor, and music producer on his Twitter bio, posted his last Instagram post on May 23. The photo showed him sitting on a bench outside, with the caption: “Focus. YOU are left with YOU and your thoughts.”
And just two days before Harrison’s last post, his mother Kristina shared a picture of her sitting with him and her other son, Peter, on the steps of a home on Instagram. She captioned it: "A bittersweet farewell to the place we called Wagner Ranch for 25 years. The prickly beauty of the high desert and a landscape surrounded by national forests always reminded us that there is peace when you are willing to look for it. Oh Ranch, it’s time to part. We’ll miss you so much with our heartwarming memories. We know that there are many opportunities for joy ahead. #grateful #PeterandHarrison #lovemysons"
A battle of drug addiction
Harrison struggled with drug addiction in the past, but it’s unclear if substance abuse played a part in his death. His father, Jack, earlier spoke out in fear for his youngest son’s addiction issues after he relapsed in 2016 and went missing for one week. Jack tweeted at that time, "I’m going to ask those who want to share their fears, addictions & struggles to do so w me via Twitter. We can face them 2gether, I’ll start.”
