The second half of 'Hard Knocks: Los Angeles' Episode 4 was all about the effects of Jacob Blake's shooting that sent shockwaves in the sports world. The Chargers, slated for a scrimmage session at the SoFi Stadium, canceled their practice and head coach Anthony Lynn addressed the media of the developments.
