The second half of 'Hard Knocks: Los Angeles' Episode 4 was all about the effects of Jacob Blake's shooting that sent shockwaves in the sports world. With most sporting organizations standing in solidarity, the focus moved to the Rams and Chargers as they sat visibly distressed once they heard the news of the Kenosha tragedy. The episode saw both teams bring BLM to the forefront and voice out their thoughts stressing on the need for change.

The Chargers, slated for a scrimmage session at the SoFi Stadium, canceled their practice and head coach Anthony Lynn addressed the media of the developments. Fans who caught the episode had nothing but massive respect for both the teams. "Powerful episode of #HardKnocks tonight. Coach Lynn is an impressive man. #BlackLivesMatter #Enough," read one of the tweets.

This was seconded by most fans who caught the episode. "Really enjoyed #HardKnocks tonight bringing #BLM to the forefront and showing the challenges within the respective team locker rooms."

Coach Lynn's words were quoted multiple times on Twitter. "'If we're not practicing, we need to find a way to use the day....' love it. #HardKnocks," one of the fans wrote.

"Chargers coach Anthony Lynn: "Get your a** out and vote to get the right people in the position that have the same viewpoints that you have. That’s one of the important things you can do." #HardKnocks," a fan remarked.

"#HardKnocks showing REAL LIFE challenges in the wake of COVID, social unrest and injustice....great episode and NECESSARY,"a fan opined.

"Sean McVay's conversation with #Rams communications director Artis Twyman is an example of what the coach has tried to do this year, which is to learn from colleagues who know more than he does about racial injustice. #HardKnocks" wrote a fan. McVay was a picture of shock and dejection when the episode with him watching the clip of Blake's shooting that went viral. The Rams coach was at loss for words when CD Twyman was talking about the shooting.
