Louisiana woman Tessica Brown went to a hairdresser recently, who hacked off her ponytail using a product called Goof Off to soften the Gorilla Glue that left her hair a sticky mess that just wouldn't budge. The 40-year-old from Violet had a hairdresser work on her hair for four hours this week with the superglue remover, in order to make it gooey enough to cut off with scissors.

While her attempt to cut off the thick ponytail was successful, the stylist admits in a video that it made no difference to the rock-hard hair covering Tessica's head, which she had set in place with Gorilla Glue after running out of hairspray more than a month ago. As Brown prepares to meet a plastic surgeon who can help her fix the sticky situation once and for all, here's a look at the superglue remover which helped hack off her thick ponytail.
