Get set to watch a new Lifetime thriller, 'Kidnapped By a Classmate', which was earlier titled 'Killer Ransom', 'My Daughter's Ransom' and 'Gone, Daughter Gone'.

The movie revolves around a young teenager, Brooke, who moves to a new town with her mother Shannon and her rich stepfather. The film takes a mysterious turn when Brooke is kidnapped. Worried about her daughter's safety, her mother Shannon takes things into her own hands and tries to locate the dangerous kidnappers.

Directed by Ben Meyerson, the movie premieres on LMN this Thursday, January 16, 2020, at 8/7c. 

Plot

Brooke is starting over in a new town with her mom and wealthy stepdad when she befriends a new guy she meets at school, which leads to her being abducted from her own home.

When Brooke’s mother Shannon realizes what has happened, she takes it on herself to find her daughter and soon ends up on a collision course with a deadly kidnapper.

Andrea Bogart plays the character Shannon in the film. The actress is known for her work in shows like 'Ray Donovan', 'General Hospital' and 'Zac And Mia'. Besides this, she has also starred in films like 'The Master of Disguise', 'Side Effects' and 'Back in the Day'.

Paige Searcy

Paige Searcy plays Brooke, Shannon's daughter in the movie. She is known for her character Jade Michaels in the long-running soap opera 'Days Of Our Lives'.

Other actors in the film include Pedro Correa, Chloe Ray Warmoth, Carlena Britch, Kat Fairaway and Lucas Adams.

Written by Adam Meyer and directed by Ben Meyerson, 'Gone, Daughter Gone' is a Lifetime thriller film. The film has been produced by The Cartel.

A two-minute trailer was released on YouTube that delves deep into the plot of 'Gone, Daughter Gone'. The video reveals the plot of a young girl's struggle against a gang of men who try to kidnap her.
