'The Great British Baking Show' has reached its last leg of competition before judges Prue Leith and Paul Hollywood announce the winner. Going head-to-head for the title are Laura, Peter and Dave. Hermine had to be eliminated to make space for the top three, which fans are not happy about.

While the boys have escaped unhurt and untrolled, Laura found herself neck-deep in jabs and scathing remarks that reached a point where she had to clap back and shut down keyboard warriors through4321 a series of tweets.

Most were of the opinion that Hermine was better than Laura on all accounts. Laura would make mistakes and blunders often and would have a breakdown. Some of the fans have even pointed out that she should have been eliminated weeks ago.

"Actually a joke that Hermine went home. Laura can’t just skate through every week right to the final, disgraceful!!! #GBBO," a user commented while another shared: "Catching up on #GBBO and how Laura has gotten to the final is beyond me. She has constantly messed up and should've gone weeks ago."

"I am absolutely fuming that Laura is in the final. Every episode starts with a preview of her f**king up. You can’t get to the final by being second to worst every week. #GBBO," a fan expressed. "The biggest catastrophe of 2020 is Laura making it through to the final #GBBO." a user tweeted.

The digs were unending and therefore, the 31-year-old Kent-based digital manager was pushed to express herself through a few posts on Twitter. She wrote that it was fair that the fans were upset that their favorite contestant didn't get through but that didn't have anything to do with her because she doesn't make the decisions.

"It's easy to sit there on your sofa and judge. But I am a real person with feelings. Please take a moment to consider your words before you judge someone you've never met and whose food you've never tasted," the bake further added making it clear that the trolling needed to stop.
